By Jeff Damulira Cleopatra is an perfect example of using law of reciprocity with Mark Anthony. Mark Anthony was able to do favours for her; because he felt indebted to her, due to the generous acts and gifts. Cleopatra was even more generous than Mark Anthony's two wives, whom Mark Anthony got completely bored and dissatisfied of them. Thereby, this provides an clear examples on the tremendous power of being generous, even with partners or lovers. By Jeff Damulira
I am extremely fascinated by the history of Cleopatra. She was neglected by her father, but she was extremely persuasive and seductive to capture the heart of Caesar and Mark Anthony. Here is some examples from a particular website( eyewitnesstohistory.com) but she was to meet Antony in the time of life when women's beauty is most splendid, and their intellects are in full maturity. She made great preparations for her journey, of money, gifts, and ornaments of value, such as so wealthy a kingdom might afford, but she brought with her her surest hopes in her own magic arts and charms. ...she came sailing up the river Cydnus in a barge with gilded stern and outspread sails of purple, while oars of silver beat time to the music of flutes and fifes and harps. She herself lay all along, under a canopy of cloth of gold, dressed as Venus in a picture, and beautiful young boys, like painted Cupids, stood on each side to fan her. Her maids were dressed like Sea Nymphs and Graces, some steering at the rudder, some working at the ropes. Likewise, she managed to seduce and charm her way into position of power as the queen of Egypt. Nevertheless, she was extremely generous with her money and food. She was able to share her food with guest at an lavish party, she was able to give away her dazzling golden cup to Mark Anthony. Moreover, I could remember reading a book about the history of Queen Cleopatra and how Mark Anthony was astonished to see the golden cup during an lavish banquet and Cleopatra gave the golden cup to Mark Anthony, which was a free gift. She continue to outdo her previous entertainment and generosity with Mark Anthony; to the point; Mark Anthony abandon her wife and even the second wife couldn't compete with Cleopatra, because Mark Anthony was completely bored of her and wishing to return back to Cleopatra. And, that's the power of generosity and law of reciprocity :) By Jeff Damulira
Imagine the amount of effort alot of people are putting into buying presents for the particular one day of the year; but if alot of those folks could imagine the amount of difference and impact it could make from being generous everyday, which could reshape their horizon. However, if we become generous in consistent pattern, then more people in this world will be more happier and delighted everyday; the same way they get the same happy feeling during the one day of the year :).k By Jeff Damulira. It's really simple. Giving consistently, sustains the flow of reciprocal favours from others. Although, some may deem this blog post from a theological connotation from a specific religion. But, it doesn't matter what religion or belief you may have, try experiment the intervals of hoarding your money or victuals or knowledge and notice the result. Then, experiment giving some money to others or sharing your victuals and helpful advice to others and see the result. They say, some people only believe something, until it becomes a real life experiences. By Jeff Damulira The video footage is a year old. But, it's an good example to observe the persuasion and influence of a particular celebrity. However, Drake has read the law 40 out of 48 Laws Of Power, which is based on generosity. The principle is simple social psychology on how you can increase your likeability and long term influence. By Jeff Damulira In a context of obligation, you must not take without giving in return. It's common sense, since it's based on equilibrium of giving and taking. Therefore, it becomes easier process to maintain a long term influence with others; if there is an balance of reciprocal dynamic between you and others. By Jeff Damulira Les Brown made some really powerful perspective of the flow of abundance and giving. Because, the universe could slow or speed up the process of abundance circulating around the world. A perfect metaphor was creating an scenario of people standing around and we are given a bucket of love. Then, one person passes the bucket of love, then passes to somebody else and then somebody else, then all of sudden one person stops and all of us suffer. Therefore, it's extremely important to carry out the flow of abundance; in order for more abundance to circulate in return. Another personification of energy of scarcity was during the times of Medici Family and Albizzi . The Albizzi decided to take control of the city and the flow of money was stagnating; because the citizens felt miserable; since the flow of abundance was moving extremely slow. Whereas, when Medici took control of the city; the flow of abundance was speeding up and everyone was happy in return of abundance circulating. Lieutenant-colonel pat spooner who helped smuggle three high ranking officer- reciprocity10/28/2016

This is an fascinating real life story of an lieutenant-colonel Pat Spooner who was selfless to help smuggle three high ranking officers from enemy-occupied Italy. However, I was deeply riveted of his ingenious method of drawing maps on his silk handkerchief and hiding in derelict barns. Likewise, spending hours in rowing boats in heavy seas and avoiding enemy patrol boats. Furthermore, this is an clear example of helping others; which could range from finding ways to fulfil their current interest and desire. And, the current interest of the high ranking officer was to escape safely and alive. Moreover, this fella was also responsible for supplying stocks of foods for others and was active in raising funds for several churches and non profit organization. . I truly believe in karma and the ramification can be returned within months or years. But, if someone continues to create a negative karma effect, they may not realize that their negative behaviour pattern can take time to reflect their actions, since some people do get away with negative behaviour patterns such as bullying, stealing and other negative behaviour pattern. Also, selfishness can also create negative effects in the long run. Because, the more you withhold rewards, payments, gifts; the more you deposit negative balance in the karmic balance. But, if you continue to reward people, spread your gifts and money to all types of people; the more you deposit positive balance in the karmic balance plus returned interest; which will pay great dividends in the long run. I have seen the examples of people who have created a positive karma effects in particular organization such as spreading glad tidings like free food, drinks and constant appreciation of the guest. And, lo and behold, they get the same treatment and actions in return. Whereas, I have seen negative actions of some people and they may receive the same treatment in a month or even the following year. Because, some people do seems to get away with negative and toxic behaviour pattern in certain organizations. But, some people seems to not realize that karma can take months or even years or even decades to come into fruition. But, there is a massive difference of constantly giving, because the more you give; the more you get in return. However, Gary Vaynerchuk is an entrepreneur who has stated that to gain influence of audience or customers from millions to billions would take high levels of EQ instead of IQ. EQ is emotional intelligence and the higher your emotional intelligence, the more you can establish a better rapport with others.
Organizational behaviour in Karma is my unique perspective on 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you', with emphasis on being a ' people company'. Because, the energy you give out, you get back in return. This concept has been illustrated in the Management and Organisational Behaviour book, which mentions the 'Golden Rule Management' of companies such as the multi-million dollar company Mary Kay Cosmetics in the USA. For example, Mary Kay Cosmetics believe that people come first from beauty consultants, sales directors, employees, customers and suppliers. Their core value is based on caring for people. Because, if you help other people get what they want; you will get what you want. Furthermore, there are many successful organization that do utilise the caring and positive approach to the management of people. Another example is the Portsmouth-based insurance firm Zurich; that gives its full-time staff £1000 each to celebrate the particular 75th anniversary. In addition, all temporary contract staff received £500. The company also engages in glad tidings such as organising huge outdoor party with a funfair, free food and drink for staff and their guest. This is an perfect example of establishing a positive karma effect in a organization; because, the more you are willing to spread more glad tidings, the more glad tiding will return.
